Dear guests, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules:
The hotel day starts at 14.00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10.00 on the day of departure.
The payment for the stay is made on the day of arrival.
The night silence is valid from 23.00 and ends at 7.00 a.m.
In the case of a stay with a pet: the owner is responsible for him, he may stay in the resort only under the supervision of the owner, the owner cleans up “surprises” left by the dogs.
Each of the guests uses the grill, coffee shelter or smokehouse, please leaves it after the use in proper order.
Hammering nails is allowed in your own apartment – not here 😉
Due to the wooden construction of the houses, special care is required in the use of fire and electrical devices.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes in the houses, it is allowed only outside, ashtray is available on the veranda.
Each guest entering and leaving is obliged to close the gate behind them.
The tenant is responsible for any material damage caused during the stay and the guilty party.
For gross behavior and frequent violations of the regulations, you may terminate the rental of the house with immediate effect.
The use of water recreation for children under 18 years of age only under the supervision of parents
Any other matter not included in these regulations can be discussed with the host.
Please report any technical defects, hardware problems or more to the host.
